Behavior and habits
Slender has a great list of behavior effect and habit which vary from malevolent to passive. For the most part though his intentions remain unknown. Here below is a list of collective traits sported in Slenderman's habits and behaviors.
-He is often labeled as mysterious, shady, secretive, and others of the sort.
-His true intentions are generally unknown.
-He can be very much depicted as malevolent, despite his victims having unknown endings.
-The only hint to his cruel nature is his habit of stalking/haunting supposed victims.
-This stalking gets combined with the conflicting side effects induced by Slenderman.
-And thusly victims are often, if not ultimately driven insane.
-Some of his insane victims (or possibly just victims), he supposedly takes under his control to do his bidding.
-He will appear to befriend his younger targets, possibly acting as an imaginary friends as describes by some sources. But this will change up to the point where he starts to ‘haunt’ them.
-He appears to prefer younger aged targets, but he is not limited to them, as he may haunt slightly older targets.
-His apparent preference for victims as based on multiple sources is 16 years old and younger, but once again this is not limited.
-Other stories suggest he will target anyone who has the misfortune of seeing him.
-He is known to appear in windows, open spaces, near forests, and in the daytime.
-Unlike other common creatures of potential threat,Slenderman does not appear to be limited to either light or darkness.
-Some stories say he sometimes ensnares prey in his tentacles, or even uses them to walk.
-Some sources depict him to appear in blank TV screens (possible connection to technology)
-He does very clean work, as the bodies of his victims are never found, and he leaves no traces.
-He is not camera shy, and is often seen in large groups of people/children
- Regarding his habit of stalking, causing others paranoia, and so on, some would like to say that he enjoys psychologically torturing a victim. Though again, his intentions remain unknown and this is theory.
-He can be know to walk in front of the vehicles of people whom are alone on the road.

- Varying by story, some of Slenderman’s behavior is fairly inconsistent, switching between passive, aggressive, protective(?), etc. This may be due to multiple Slendermen, multiple personality, time fracture, etc.

-Slendermans intelligence is unidentified, anywhere from animalistic, to a mad genius, to no hopes of us ever understanding.
